Scott Allenby, founder of Backroad Strategy Group, has worked in the non-profit sector since 2005, beginning his career as a teacher, coach, and dorm parent before leading communications, marketing, and strategic planning efforts at Proctor Academy for more than a decade. As Chief Strategy and Communications Officer, Scott serves on the senior leadership team and directly oversees all strategy, planning, advancement, and communications efforts for Proctor Academy. He partners closely with the admissions, communications, advancement, and operations teams to steward the organization's brand identity, mission, revenue streams, external affairs, and institutional strategy.
